The building is over a century old but was carefully renovated in 2012 to include all modern amenities while preserving its original character. Spread across three floors, the house strikes the perfect balance between privacy and shared moments. Ground Floor: - Suite with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. First Floor: - Cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table for four. - Small but fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included). Guest bathroom. - Second Floor: Bright bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The décor is simple yet elegant, with thoughtful details that add character and charm, making you feel at home from the very first moment. While driving is possible in some areas, it requires skill. Certain streets are restricted to taxis, while others are pedestrian-only, making walking the best way to explore. - No Elevator, but Plenty of Character: The house is spread over three floors, connected by narrow and steep stairs. This adds to its charm but may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
