The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for daily living, including a coffee machine, kettle, electric hob, oven, refrigerator, and all essential cookware. The open-plan layout connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas, creating a welcoming space for meals, work, or relaxation. The spacious living room features a large sofa, TV, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy your private patio, complete with a barbecue and sun umbrella. It’s the ideal spot for working outdoors or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Just sit back and relax. This apartment combines modern comfort with practical amenities, making it the perfect mid-term rental for anyone seeking a stylish and convenient stay. Cleaning & Linen Services: - A mandatory final cleaning fee of 210€ will be applied to all bookings. - You have the option to choose a monthly cleaning service, which includes linens, for an extra 100€ per month. - If you prefer to skip the monthly cleaning, a member of our team will need to conduct a bimonthly inspection of the property. Please note that linens are not included with this option. - Linens can be added for an additional monthly fee. Cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. AFTER CHECK-IN If you need to check out before the agreed date, it is required 2 months of notice period in order to receive the security deposit back. If notice is given less than 2 months before the new check-out date, the security deposit will be retained.

Yes. Please keep in mind: 1. Always use the same email address when sending multiple requests. 2. If you send several requests at once and one is accepted and paid, the others will be automatically cancelled without any charge. 3. If you send new requests after one has already been confirmed, you may be charged again if one of them is accepted.
