Please note that bed linen is not included in this option. - Bed linen can be added for an additional monthly fee. Additional Costs: Utilities: Not included; estimated at €140 per month, with possible additional charges in case of overconsumption. Note: Administrative fee not included: 10% of the rental value. AFTER CHECK-IN If you need to check out before the agreed date, it is required 2 months of notice period in order to receive the security deposit back.
