This gorgeous, classic and elegant apartment was partially renovated in May 2017 to ensure guests a pleasant stay in a refined setting equipped with the latest amenities. Even though it overlooks Strada Maggiore, one of the most important routes to reach the city center, the property is extremely quiet thanks to its double-pane windows. Wooden paneling, double exposure and, above all, walls with thickness greater than one meter guarantee great thermal insulation and keep the apartment cool even in the warm summer months; during summer tenants have 2 portable air conditioners at their disposal. Heating is centralized throughout the building and adjustable through thermostats installed on each radiator. Like all the most prestigious buildings in Bologna, this property too features Venetian flooring in the living room, and hardwood in the sleeping area. The property opens onto the large entrance and the scenic hallway leading to the sleeping area and formal living room.
