La camera è dotata di letto matrimoniale, armadio capiente, cassettiera e due finestre con oscuranti - Zona living: nel soggiorno, che può essere usato anche come seconda camera, troviamo: divano letto matrimoniale (3 posti a sedere), zona pranzo per 4 persone, Smart TV 4K, finestra con affaccio interno e parete attrezzata con libreria. - Cucina attrezzata a vista con piano cottura a gas, forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero con freezer e macchina del caffè. Dalla cucina si accede a un piccolo balcone interno. - Bagno moderno con accesso autonomo (non en-suite). Modern amenities for long stays and smart working: fiber Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, and mosquito screens are just some of the comforts of this apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Miuccia 7 is a cozy, modern, and well-organized one-bedroom apartment consisting of: Master bedroom: a very quiet room overlooking the internal courtyard. It is furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two windows with blackout shades. Living area: the living room, which can also be used as a second bedroom, includes a double sofa bed (seating for 3), dining area for 4 people, 4K Smart TV, window overlooking the inner courtyard, and a fitted wall with bookshelf. Fully equipped open kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine. From the kitchen there is access to a small internal balcony. Modern bathroom with independent access (not en-suite), equipped with shower, bidet, washing machine, single sink, and hairdryer. Additional comforts: air conditioning (split unit in the living room cooling the entire apartment), independent gas heating, mosquito screens, fiber Wi-Fi, dedicated work area (desk in the bedroom), iron, ironing board, and drying rack. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for short and medium-to-long stays. Extra Stay Costs In addition to the rent, the following costs apply: Security deposit, refundable at the end of the stay in the absence of damages. Final cleaning fee: €150.
