Una de sus grandes ventajas es que cuenta con baño completo en suite, es decir, no tendrás que compartirlo con nadie más. Esta habitación está dentro de un piso de 4 dormitorios. Además, tiene un salón grande y muy luminoso, con zona de comedor, sofás y televisión, y unos grandes ventanales con vistas a la calle y al complejo deportivo que tiene en frente. El otro baño que tiene el piso es también completo. Este piso cuenta con calefacción central y suelo de parquet, por lo que siempre tendrás una excelente temperatura en casa. El precio del alquiler incluye Internet y servicio de limpieza 2 veces por mes. En la cocina econtrarás numerosos armarios, nevera con congelador, microondas, lavadora, cafetera, tostadora, placa vitrocerámica y extractor. Además de un juego de ollas, sartenes y menaje de cocina. Pero no se acaba aquí, también cuenta con un pequeño tendedero acristalado con vistas al exterior, con varios armarios y un escobero. El edificio en el que se encuentra el piso está en una calle peatonal, con lo que te aseguras una zona tranquila. Además, tiene ascensor, videoportero y servicio de recogida de basura todos los días laborables. Por último, te gustará saber que el piso se encuentra en un área residencial, situado en el barrio de Arganzuela, a 10 minutos andando de Madrid Río (uno de los grandes parques de la ciudad), con numerosos comercios y otros parques alrededor, además de estar cercano al conocido “Rastro” madrileño los domingos por la mañana. También hay una piscina municipal en frente de la vivienda, canchas de baloncesto y fútbol sala. Y una biblioteca municipal. Respecto al tema de los transportes. No te preocupes por nada, esta zona está muy bien comunicada. Las estaciones de metro más cercanas son: Pirámides (Línea 5), que además es también estación de Cercanías (C1, C7 y C10); también tiene cerca la estación de Metro de Acacias (Línea 5) . En cuanto a autobuses, cuentas con las siguiente líneas: 256, 62, 18 y H.
