Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your flat mates.

Die   Eigentumswohnung   befindet   sich   in   einem   schönen   Altbau   aus   der   Zeit   der Jahrhundertwende. Das Gebäude ist Teil einer historischen Altbaustruktur im Herzen Berlins und unterliegt  dem Ensembleschutz. Die  Wohnung selbst liegt im 3. OG  und  erstreckt  sich mit 2 Zimmern über das Vorderhaus und den Seitenflügel. Durch die besondere Lage des Hauses an einer Ecke zu einem kleinen Park hin, bietet sich vom Balkon ein schöner Blick ins Grüne und es dringt viel Licht in die Wohnung.

Das etwa 1900 errichtete Gebäude wurde 2014 umfassend saniert. Unter Anderem hat man im Zuge  dessen  auch großzügige Balkone  installiert. Insgesamt  macht die Immobilie einen  sehr guten Eindruck.

Dieser  positive  Gesamteindruck  setzt  sich  in  der  Wohnung  fort.  Alles  wirkt  modern  und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das geflieste Bad bietet sowohl  Badewanne, Dusche als auch ein Fenster. Alle weiteren Räume sind mit einem hochwertigen Parkett im Stile von Landhausdielen versehen. LAGE
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Direkt im Zentrum der Hauptstadt zwischen Scheunenviertel und Kollwitzkiez mit zahlreichen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Parks und Geschäften in fußläufiger Entfernung. Trotz dieser sehr urbanen Lage lebt man aber ruhig und entspannt in einer schmalen, hübschen Seitenstraße. Diese Lage ist besonders bei jungen und junggebliebenen äußerst beliebt und hat sich in den letzten 10 Jahren umso mehr zu einer der TOP Lagen Berlins entwickelt.
Auch die Verkehrsanbindungen sind ideal. So ist der Rosenthaler Platz (U8 und Tram) nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.
