The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110.

(The minimum stay is 3 months and the maximum stay period is 1 year. However, it is possible to extend the stay in the same structure by moving to another room)

The apartment is on a side street next to the famous Kurfürstendamm. Public transportations such as subway, buses and train can be reached  within walking distance in 7 minutes or less. Many restaurants, bars, cafes, theaters and shops are in the neigbourhood.

City apartment next to the famous Kurfürstendamm

Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
Wilmersdorf is located in Berlin’s western side of the city. Much like Charlottenburg, the streets of Wilmersdorf are lined with ornate, pre-war buildings and upscale shopping. Preussenpark, nicknamed “Thai Park” on a Sunday is the place to find food vendors with some of the city’s best Thai food.

This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

Halensee is a district of Berlin, belonging to the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. This is the smallest district of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district, located at the western end of the Kurfürstendamm . It was created as a settlement of villas and apartment blocks at the end of the 19th century in the then independent Berlin suburb of Deutsch-Wilmersdorf. It houses the Department of Social Insurance of the Federal University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration.
