The apartment is located on the 4th floor in the residential building at Brandenburgische Street 26, which was designed by the architect Paul Baumgarten. The apartment is compact, light-flooded and has a special feel when you enter. It is composed of a spacious living / dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom that have all been modernized with an upscale interior.

The building, which was rebuilt in 2001 by adding a roof extension, contains an elevator and bicycle storage.
The living area has a dining table for 4 (four) people with floor to ceiling windows, as well as, a sofa that can be converted into a bed. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has natural light. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with a small table for 3 (three).

The listed housing estate is located in the district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, district Wilmersdorf. Due to its proximity to Olivaer Platz, Kurfürstendamm, Adenauer Platz and Preußenpark, this is a very popular and urban residential area where the charm of the Berlin West has been preserved. Numerous shopping facilities and specialist shops as well as upscale gastronomy, with established pubs and bars are within walking distance. The underground stations Adenauer Platz and Konstanzer Straße are within short walking distance. The nearby city freeway also offers optimal transport connections.

Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
Wilmersdorf is located in Berlin’s western side of the city. Much like Charlottenburg, the streets of Wilmersdorf are lined with ornate, pre-war buildings and upscale shopping. Preussenpark, nicknamed “Thai Park” on a Sunday is the place to find food vendors with some of the city’s best Thai food.

This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
