Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more.  We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Baya is a 53 square meter apartment with 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens, an equipped kitchen, a dedicated work space, and a balcony. This luxury building also includes a shared gym and terrace for all residents. 

Located in the hip and central Mitte neighborhood in Berlin, this jungle themed apartment contains lush plants, wooden accents, and green tones that help to bring everything together. Admire the industrial, but nature-filled, capital of Germany through the large living room windows or outside from the balcony.

Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*This apartment comes equipped with floor heating.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

Der Wohnraum ist gut aufgeteilt, und die in leuchtenden Farben gesetzten Akzente reflektieren das Sonnenlicht und sorgen für eine freundliche Atmosphäre. 

Der Balkon ist sonnig und bequem  - der perfekte Platz, um im Sommer gemütlich zu entspannen.

This is a nice little home with a big bed, kitchen, a pretty  bathroom, balcony and a washingmachine, completly kitted out. 

The room that is layed out very well, the walls are well decorated, and when the sun shines through the big windows, the whole room lights up.

The balcony is very sunny and comfortable - the perfect place to relax in the summer.

Das Apartment befindet sich in belebter Wohnlage in Berlin Mitte. Die Tramlinien M2 und M8 und die U-Bahnlinie U8 verkehren in der Nähe. The apartment is located in a lively residential area in Berlin Mitte. The tram lines M2 and M8 and the subway line U8 run nearby. In the immediate vicinity you will find a few restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, doctors and bakeries. You can also reach various green spaces and parks, bars, gyms, bookstores and fashion stores.
