This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property blends traditional with modern, typical Berlin decor. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a woven grass headboard and light fixtures to keep the apartment’s grassland theme alive. There is plenty of room for storage, and even a sitting space for reading before bed. The bathroom is chic with plenty of light and space to get ready. Guests will also find the in unit washing machine in the bathroom closet. 

The open plan living room and kitchen is joined by a variety of plants, mirrors, and wooden features that tie the space together. The 1 bedroom is artfully decorated, with plenty of storage space. There is a queen size bed in the center of the room, and the abundance of light, plants, wooden touches, and antique door gives the space almost a greenhouse feel. The stylish bathroom is complete with modern fittings, such as a walk in shower. 

The living room has two grandeur windows, plenty of sitting space, and a dedicated workstation to ensure you don’t miss a beat. Modern and bright apartment situated on Tivoliplatz in a beautiful historical landmark building with private access to Viktoria park. High ceilings and an efficient floor plan gives the apartment a very lofty and spacious feeling. Wooden parquet, handpicked interior pieces and furniture from various decades are well decorated all the way through. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and is connected to the living area and includes a dining table that can seat up to four persons. The smaller and second lounge area feels very private and invites for chilling or simply enjoying home entertainment on the flatscreen TV. This room can be also used as a second bedroom on request. Upstairs you`ll find the main bedroom with a king size loft bed including great views onto the lower level. The modern bathroom has a walk in rain shower and a washing machine. 

The apartment is located on Tivoliplatz next to beautiful Viktoriapark and within a former and famous german brewery complex which had be completely transformed into a modern residential building.
