Furniture, electricity, water, internet – everything will be arranged by us. There are also fitness rooms, coworking spaces, social events and a great community of like-minded people. If you move in here, you won't want to leave anytime soon. Coliving is a modern form of living – for all those who want to live life to the fullest.
The contract always starts on the first and ends on the last day of the month. In case of a later move-in or a move-out before the end of the month, the tenant will be charged the full monthly rent.
N.B.
Starting from 31/07, tenants whose's contract runs out on the 31.07, we will not offer them to extend to stay in the same room anymore.

Before accepting a booking, what we require is: 
 - A scan of you ID or your passport 
 - Your financial statement (Or parent's financial statement in case of student tenant)

An entirely new part of Berlin, Europacity is an urban destination with comfortable environments, several amenities, and relaxing green and open spaces. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or rooftop terrace overlooking the stunning backyards of the district.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates.
Located in a quite backyard in Wedding, this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. The building has a big community room with a co-working area and lots of space to hang out in. The backyard entails bike stands, lots of greenery to enjoy and one of Berlin’s coolest murals. To keep things clean and tidy, you can directly use the in-house laundry facilities.
Beaming with true Berlin character, it is home to some of the citys most diverse communities, and vibrant artist collectives. We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.
