We are an artist house with a photo studio, work and live here on the outskirts of Hamburg in the most beautiful nature, 2 km from the city limits of Hamburg. In the guest apartment lived the grandmother. We have completely renovated the apartment with love. It has its own entrance, its own parking place and its own garden.

The apartment is attached to our house, but has its own entrance. There is a living room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. The two sofa beds work as guest beds. The apartment is very bright. There is a large balcony and underfloor heating. The apartment is very cozy and has a particularly nice atmosphere.

Our street is called the villa street because of the big houses and very big plots. There is a bus to the city every hour, it stops almost in front of the door. The surrounding area is a beautiful recreational area with many recreational and sports opportunities. You can walk right from the house into a huge forest or through the tree nursery fields. We have nearby a wonderful organic farm with restoration, a best equipped supermarket and the usual discounters, etc..

Zwei Ferienwohnungen von je 60m². Ferienhaus mit 2 Wohneinheiten mit je 2 Schlafzimmern, Duschbad, Küchenzeile und großzügigem Wohn- Essraum. Beide Ferienwohnungen sind mit Kaminofen ausgestattet, die obere Wohnung mit Sauna. Jede Wohnung ist mit (Smart) TV und Stereoanlage, sowie die Küchen mit allen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie Trockner vorhanden. (Keine Münzautomaten) Selbstversorger. Haustierhaltung ist nach Absprache unten erlaubt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem neuen Ferienhausgebiet mit ca. 60 Ferienhäusern auf einer kleinen Anhöhe am Ostseestand der Wohlenberger Wiek. Unser Ferienhaus liegt am Südrand auf einem ca.700 m² Grundstück mit Blick nach Südwesten in die freie Natur. Der 4 Kilometer lange naturbelassene Strand befindet sich in ca. 250 Metern Entfernung und ist über einen direkten Weg zu erreichen. Sehenswert sind die Städte Wismar (16 km) mit historischer Altstadt, Ostseebad Boltenhagen mit Seebrücke und Seebäder Architektur (8 km),sowie Klütz mit Schloss Bothmer (6km). Lübeck (30km) und Schwerin (45km) sind gut erreichbar und sehr sehenswert. Für den Einkauf empfehlen sich Klütz oder Grevesmühlen (10km). In Gägelow (10km) befindet sich ein Einkaufscenter. Wohlenberg hat Anschluss an den Ostseefahrradweg. Der Klützer Winkel und vor allem die dazugehörige Wohlenberger Wiek ist wegen des weitläufigen naturbelassenen Strandes und der Schönheit der Landschaft, Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. 

Tierpark/Zoo: Der Tierpark Wismar liegt 16 Kilometer entfernt, der schön angelegte Bürgerpark schließt sich an den Tierpark an. 

Golf: In Hohen Wieschendorf (9km) befindet sich eine 18 Loch Golfanlage. 

Schwimmbad: Das Erlebnis- und Spaßbad Wonnemar bietet Schwimmspaß und Wellness. Es befindet sich in der Weltkulturerbe Stadt Wismar. 

Wanderwege: Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es nicht nur direkt an der Ostsee, sondern auch zum Beispiel von Wohlenberg Richtung Bössow. 

Kanufahren: Am Strand befindet sich ein 24/7 Kanuautomat. 

Hunde: In Wohlenberg gibt es einen Hundestrand. Ihre Hunde wären kostenfrei vor Ort. 

Kinderhochstuhl/Kinderbett (aus hygienischen Gründen ohne Bettwäsche) wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. 

Eine verbindliche Zwischenreinungung erfolgt am Samstag alle 2 Wochen nach Absprache und ist inklusive. 
Auch die Endreinigung nach dem Auszug ist Inklusive. Ein Wäschepaket (Bettwäsche / Handtücher/ Geschirrtücher) können wir leider aus Personalgründen nicht anbieten, (auch wäre der Preis für dieses mittlerweile so hoch wie eine Neuanschaffung).

Zusätzliche Informationen:
Um sich als Vermieter gegen mögliche hohe Energie-, Heiz- und Wasserkosten abzusichern, wurde die Nebenkostenvorauszahlung entsprechend sehr großzügig kalkuliert. Eine Rückzahlung eventuell zu viel gezahlter Nebenkosten erfolgt beim Auszug. Dabei erhält der Mieter eine schriftliche Abrechnung der tatsächlichen Verbräuche. Haus Münster – Holiday Home by the Baltic Sea, 250 m from the beach, located between Lübeck and Wismar, pets allowed upon request.

Two holiday apartments of 60 m² each. The holiday home consists of two units, each with 2 bedrooms, a shower bathroom, a kitchenette, and a spacious living and dining area. Both apartments are equipped with a wood-burning stove, and the upper apartment also features a sauna. Each unit has a (smart) TV and stereo system, and the kitchens are fully equipped with all cooking utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are available (no coin-operated machines). Self-catering. Keeping pets is permitted in the ground-floor apartment upon prior agreement.

The holiday home is located in a newly developed holiday home area with about 60 houses, situated on a small hill on the Baltic Sea beach of Wohlenberger Wiek. Our holiday home is located at the southern edge on a 700 m² plot with a southwest-facing view of open nature. The 4-kilometre-long natural beach is approximately 250 metres away and can be reached via a direct path. Worth visiting are the towns of Wismar (16 km) with its historic old town, the Baltic resort of Boltenhagen with its pier and spa architecture (8 km), as well as Klütz with Bothmer Castle (6 km). Lübeck (30 km) and Schwerin (45 km) are easily accessible and well worth a visit. For shopping, we recommend Klütz or Grevesmühlen (10 km). A shopping centre is located in Gägelow (10 km). Wohlenberg is connected to the Baltic Sea cycle route. The Klützer Winkel region and especially the Wohlenberger Wiek are known for their wide, unspoiled beaches and beautiful landscape, making it a place for an unforgettable holiday.

Animal park / zoo: The Wismar Zoo is located 16 kilometres away, and the attractively designed Bürgerpark is adjacent to it.

Golf: An 18-hole golf course is located in Hohen Wieschendorf (9 km).

Swimming pool: The Wonnemar adventure and leisure pool offers swimming fun and wellness. It is located in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Wismar.

Hiking trails: There are hiking opportunities not only directly by the Baltic Sea, but also, for example, from Wohlenberg towards Bössow.

Canoeing: There is a 24/7 canoe rental machine located on the beach.

Dogs: Wohlenberg has a dog beach. Your dogs can stay free of charge.

A highchair and baby cot (without bedding for hygiene reasons) are provided free of charge.

A mandatory intermediate cleaning takes place every two weeks on Saturdays by arrangement and is included. Final cleaning after departure is also included. Due to staffing limitations, we unfortunately cannot offer a linen package (bed linen / towels / tea towels). The cost for such a package would now be about the same as buying new items.

Additional information:
To protect the landlord from potentially high energy, heating, and water costs, the utility advance payment has been calculated generously. Any overpaid utility costs will be refunded upon departure. The tenant will receive a written statement of the actual consumption. Firewood is provided free of charge by the landlord.

Description and location:
The house is located almost on the outskirts of Hamburg. The S-Bahn, including Park'n Ride parking, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. The location is very convenient for transportation, close to the A23 (A7) motorway. But it's not just Hamburg city center that is within easy reach: in just over an hour you can be in Büsum on the North Sea coast. If you want to head for the wide sandy beach of St. Peter-Ording, it takes only slightly longer, as does the journey to the Baltic Sea. The Hamburg Arena is about 7 km away. All major shopping chains can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Japanese school in Halstenbek can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes.

The house with a huge areat of land (2500 square meters) is located on a traffic-calmed street. The beautiful garden and the adjoining tree nurseries invite you to relax after a day in the hustle and bustle of the big city. The south-west facing terrace offers a wonderful view of the adjacent tree nurseries.

General:
The house, built in the 1980s, has been divided into three apartments. Your functionally furnished apartment offers plenty of space for the whole family with over 100 square meters spread over 3 floors. The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating. All windows and patio doors are equipped with shutters to save energy, protect privacy, and keep out unwanted visitors.

The garden and courtyard are also available to the other residents. This also applies to the washing machine and dryer in the basement. I expect all residents to live together harmoniously.

Everything you need for daily use is provided. If something is missing, just ask!
We offer personal support, including personal key handover and instruction. If something is missing or not working properly, we are here for you.

Ground floor:
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area and kitchen. In front of your apartment door, there is a large communal area that can be used as a cloakroom. An additional toilet is also available for your exclusive use. The living area has an open-plan design and extends over two floors with access to the upper floor. In addition to the TV, there is also an open fireplace for cozy evenings on cold winter days (firewood is not included in the rent). Your terrace is accessible from the living and dining areas. 

Upper floor:
From the living area, you can reach the upper floor via a wooden staircase. The first room you come to is the gallery with another sofa, which is perfect for relaxing and reading. Next, you come to the first bedroom, which is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, a large double bed, and a small TV.

In the bathroom, which was modernized a few years ago, you can look forward to a wall-mounted rimless toilet, two sinks, and a large rain shower with thermostat control.

Attic:
Access to the second bedroom in the attic studio is via a steep staircase (not suitable for small children). For children or other family members, there is a double bed and a sofa bed. Homework or home office work can be done here at the desk, which has plenty of light.
