PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Hanbury 96 – Cristallo

The ideal apartment for a fun beach holiday on the Ligurian coast. Front Beach Magic Sea is only 20m from the beach. This modern, first-floor apartment is in the middle of the charming town of Laigueglia. It sleeps 4 people and is ideal for a family or friends who want to explore Liguria, with its sandy beaches and unspoiled hills.

The apartment is accessed via a short flight of steps at the side of the building. There is an entrance hall and most of the rooms open off this. The airy, open-plan living space has an uninterrupted sea view. There is a nautical theme to the décor with a contemporary blue sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6 people. Towards the rear of the room is the sleek fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar island for quick snacks. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Moka coffee maker.

Bedroom 1: The stylish master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and extensive wardrobe. 
Bedroom 2: This fun bedroom has a bunk bed, a pull-down workspace, wardrobes and a door leading out to a private balcony.

Bathrooms 
The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each has a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC. There is a washing machine in the larger bathroom.

Location 
The town of Laigueglia is one of the quieter resorts on the Ligurian coast. It is still a thriving fishing port, where fishermen mend their nets on the harbourfront, and has been voted one of Italy’s prettiest towns on several occasions. Its traffic-free streets and squares make an ideal spot for an evening stroll. The town’s beach is clean with fine sand and a walk along the seafront is a must. There are many other lovely beaches within easy reach.

The larger town of Alassio is just a 10-minute drive. Or you can take the train along the coast. Laigueglia railway station is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.  Alassio’s weekly market (Saturday mornings) is the best place to pick up local produce, which you can then enjoy back home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within easy reach in Laigueglia.

The closest airport is Genoa Airport, a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from the apartment.
