Four-room apartment on the 4th floor, comfortable and bright, in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno e da 1 camera da letto con 1 matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Delle Erbe – The Nightlife gode di una posizione strategica con vista città . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, lavatrice e riscaldamento.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale e 1 poltrona letto nella zona giorno e da 1 camera da letto con 1 matrimoniale, e può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo e arricchito da zona pranzo all'aperto.Delle Erbe – The Nightlife dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Nice one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Alassio, in its famous "Budello", which is the longest shopping street of the Ligurian Riviera. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay a stone's throw from the sea, the beaches are in fact only 20 meters away. In addition, the famous Muretto and all the most popular restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the accommodation.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Doria 6 Int 5  gode di una posizione strategica con vista mare . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di wifi e lavatrice.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da  2 camere da letto con 2 matrimoniali e 2 letti singoli, e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo.Doria 6 Int 5  dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Doria 6 Int 5  enjoys a strategic location with a seaview .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of  2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, can accommodate up to 6 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace.Doria 6 Int 5  also offers: television.
