RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied.&nbsp;The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night

Chiavazza-Interno 45-Via Rosazza gode di una posizione strategica . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di wifi e riscaldamento.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: microonde, frigorifero/freezer e macchina del caffè. La zona notte è composta da 1 matrimoniale nella zona giorno   e può ospitare fino a 2 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal balcone.Chiavazza-Interno 45-Via Rosazza dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.

Chiavazza-Interno 45-Via Rosazza enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi and heating.
