“Karibu Gida” — means welcome home. This stylish and fully renovated apartment is strategically located within walking distance from the city centre, in a quiet residential area surrounded by key services and infrastructure. Inspired by his experience and journey as an architect and humanitarian, the owner has designed the apartment both as his own home and for our guests to feel welcome and comfortable. Equipped with all amenities, it is ideal for medium-term stays.

You will be staying in a 50 sqm one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a residential building. Please note that there is no elevator, although the staircase is fairly wide and comfortable. 

The apartment includes an entrance with storage, a bathroom with a laundry machine and comfortable shower space, a living/dining area connected to the ample kitchen on one side and a private balcony on the other. Finally, the apartment features a large bedroom including a desk that can be used as a working station. 

The kitchen features a wide range of tools and appliances to make your stay as convenient as possible. These include an induction hob, a fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, storage space, and all sorts of cooking equipment and more! 

The living room has a flat screen smart tv and a modular sofa set which can be rearranged easily and, out of which, two modules can be converted into single beds, for additional capacity when needed. 

High-quality materials such as wooden floors and custom made furniture make this apartment unique.

Remember, this is an actual home. Almost everything in the house will be at your disposal, but please treat it with care, as if it was your own. There are some private items that are safely kept either locked away or out of reach. Other than those, feel free to use what you see.
