Questo appartamento si trova all'interno di P-Tower, un nuovo complesso residenziale realizzato con materiali e tecnologie all'avanguardia, che rispondono alle più moderne esigenze in materia di efficienza energetica e rispetto dell’ambiente. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare la piscina condominiale - aperta da martedì a domenica, dal 15 Maggio al 15 Settembre, dalle 10:00 alle 20:00, si trova in un altro palazzo, nello stesso complesso. Gli ospiti hanno anche un posto auto coperto assegnato nel parcheggio condominiale. 

L'aria condizionata ed il riscaldamento sono presenti in tutti gli ambienti e si possono regolare autonomamente. Il contesto è raffinato e silenzioso, all'interno di un quartiere verdeggiante e ben servito, che permette di raggiungere velocemente il centro storico a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. 

L’ingresso è attrezzato con un capiente mobile realizzato su misura ed immette direttamente nell'ampio soggiorno, che si affaccia sul terrazzo che dispone di un tavolo completo delle sue sedute. La zona giorno comprende un angolo relax, arredato con un divano letto matrimoniale (140 x 200 cm) ed una poltrona in pelle completa di poggia piedi, una postazione per lo smart working, dove si trova la Smart TV da 32” e  la comoda scrivania in noce completa di cassetti, nonché l’area dedicata alla cucina. Quest’ultima mette a disposizione degli ospiti un corredo completo ed è attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, macchina del caffè, tostapane e piano cottura ad induzione. Di fronte alla cucina si trova un tavolo da pranzo firmato da Gavina, completo di un set di sedie danesi finemente rivestite di preziosi tessuti. L’illuminazione è studiata nel dettaglio e caratterizzata da alcuni pezzi che gli amanti di architettura e design non mancheranno di apprezzare. 

Per accedere alla zona notte si percorre un corridoio che termina nella grande camera da letto padronale. Questa è dotata di una TV da 32” ed arredata con un comodo letto matrimoniale (160 x 200 cm), una cassettiera ed un capiente armadio a due ante scorrevoli. La seconda camera mette a disposizione due letti singoli (80 x 200 cm) che possono essere eventualmente uniti a formare un secondo matrimoniale. Completa l’arredo uno scenografico armadio a muro con le ante in cristallo ed una scrivania, che può essere usata come un’ulteriore postazione per lo Smart working. 

Il bagno finestrato, elegantissimo con le sue ceramiche che riprendono le venature del marmo, è dotato di un ampio box doccia in cristallo. Infine lungo il corridoio è presente un piccolo locale lavanderia, dove è stata posta la lavatrice.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione fortemente strategica poiché è vicino al centro storico (eventualmente raggiungibile anche con una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti), all'ospedale Sant'Orsola ed all'uscita per la tangenziale, nonché a due passi dalla Fiera di Bologna. La zona è ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici ed anche dal punto di vista dei negozi: a 50 metri da casa si trova un grande centro commerciale. Lungo l'adiacente viale Stalingrado, inoltre, sono presenti diversi ristoranti (sushi, pizzerie, trattorie), e pub. Nelle immediate adiacenze del condominio c'è un’edicola, una pizzeria, un bar e una banca.

Trasporto pubblico:

This apartment is located within P-Tower, a new residential complex built with cutting-edge materials and technologies, which meet the most modern requirements in terms of energy efficiency and respect for the environment. Guests can use the shared swimming pool - open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 15th May to 15th September approx., from 10:00 to 20:00 h. The pool is located in another building, in the same complex. Guests also have at their disposal an assigned covered parking space in the shared parking lot.

Air conditioning and heating are present in all rooms and can be adjusted independently. The area is refined and quiet, within a green and well-served neighborhood, which allows you to quickly reach the historic center on foot or by public transport.

The entrance is equipped with a large custom-made piece of furniture and leads directly into the large living room, which overlooks the terrace, which has a table complete with its seats.

The living area includes a relaxation corner, furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a leather armchair (complete with footrest) and a smart working station, where the 32" Smart TV is located. There's also a comfortable desk in walnut complete with drawers, as well as the area dedicated to the kitchen.

Finally, along the corridor there is a small laundry room, where the washing machine has been placed.

Public transport:
Buses number 21 and 88 stop under the building and lead respectively in a few stops to the historic center and the train station, the journey takes less than 5 minutes.

This apartment has been renovated in every detail to make our guests’ stay unforgettable, and is located in a luscious residential area - not subject to traffic restrictions - just a few steps away from the historic center and the Fiera di Bologna. Furnishings are pleasant and modern and, thanks to the contrast between the candid colors of walls and the different shades of taupe, maroon and wenge of accessories, engender minimalist elegance. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. 

Area:
The apartment is located in a highly strategic position, since it is near the old town (reachable on foot in just a few minutes or by a couple of bus stops), the St. Orsola hospital, the exit for the Beltway and the Bologna Fair. The area is also served well by stores: a shopping mall is about 320 yards from the apartment. In addition, along the adjacent Via Repubblica and Via San Donato there are several restaurants (sushi bars, pizzerias and trattorias), bars, pubs and even a disco. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is a kiosk, a pizzeria, a bar and a bank.

Public transportation:
Bus number 28 and 35 stop about 200 yards from the apartment and lead, respectively, to the city center and train station, in 5 minutes. Bus number 21 stops on via Vestri, leading directly to the old town center.

Parking: 
The apartment is outside the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL). You may park in the street, on the places indicated with blue stripes, free of charge on Sundays and every night from 20:00 to 8:00; and upon payment (red parking meter) during the day.

Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4 - € 7 per adult, per night, calculated according to the value of the booking). This tax is applied only on the first 5 nights.

Pets: Pets are allowed, there is an extra fee of € 100+VAT.
