The villa is made of stone and features a strong modern character  furnishings  which however manages to offer a combination of traditional features and contemporary comforts. The renovation was inspired by a concept aimed at respecting the environment: the recovery of rainwater used for Irrigation of the garden and the solar greenhouse to harness solar energy are just some of the measures that will allow you to enjoy a holiday full of luxury but at the same time respecting nature.

The nearby city of Cortona, famous for its medieval architecture, its breathtaking views and its rich culture, will offer you typical restaurants, shops, museums and cultural events. Casa Franci is situated just a few steps from the main squares and streets of the town, close to all services and shops yet in a secluded and quiet area, to offer you a stay in relaxation and quiet.
The apartment keeps the typical architecture of  the ancient Cortona houses intact and is characterized by Terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams and it is further enriched with charming stone details and wooden and wrought- iron furniture.
The apartment develops on two floors (90 sqm) and it can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests in two double bedrooms and two others in a double sofa bed. One accesses the apartment through a private main front door that leads you to the wide living room on the ground floor where you will find a dining table, chairs, armchairs and sofas.

Through a stone staircase you access the first floor  where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. It is provided with a working fireplace, two armchairs and a SAT TV. 
From the kitchen you access the two bedrooms: the first one is a double bedroom with a wardrobe; the second one is composed of two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed. 

Also here you have a wardrobe at your disposal. 
On the first floor you will also find a bathroom with shower and washing machine. 
Use of the sofa bed upon request and payment.

Immersed in the green hills surrounding the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, which has always been considered one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, the country house Villa Magnolia will offer you an unforgettable experience. 

The facility can accommodate up to 12 people, the interior and exterior spaces are large and comfortable, designed for both families and groups of friends.
The pool, garden and parking are private and reserved for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa for ultimate privacy and the property is totally fenced.
This villa, dating back to the nineteenth century, has been subject of restorations and renovations over the years, made to adapt the property to the needs of the guests, while keeping intact the classic Tuscan style that sets it apart.

Privacy is an essential criteria: the private swimming pool (12x6 m - maximum depth 2,1 m - open from 01/05 to 30/10) and a large garden characterize the property. Large trees of fir, pine and oak make the environment healthy and fresh. The cultivation of fruit trees complete this evocative scenery and rich in colour.
The facilities available to guests include a barbecue, tables and gazebo for outdoor dining that can be combined with special dishes of the Tuscan tradition and a panoramic outdoor jacuzzi pool. Villa Magnolia

A few kilometers from the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, in a flat and easily accessible location, Casa I Pini is the perfect location for those who want to spend a holiday in Tuscany close to all amenities. The structure is a portion of an old Leopoldina, a typical building of this area, the Val di Chiana, and dates back to 1700. Thanks to a careful restoration aimed at preserving the typical style of the structure, the owners have created a welcoming environment, cozy and full of charm, with a large outdoor area and well thought interiors with all the necessary amenities for your use in order to make your holiday unforgettable.

The accommodation consists of a main building and an annex and can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 in the main house of the Leopoldina portion (180 sq m) and 2 in the annex (50 square meters). Outside you have a beautiful gazebo and a comfortable stone barbecue at your disposal ideal for al fresco dining. The pool area is particularly nice and spacious and is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor solar shower. The pool, fully exposed to the sun gate throughout the day (4 x 8 meters, depth 1.20 meters - open from 15 April to 30 September) has an access gate and is completely fenced. Also the property is completely delimited thus making it an ideal accommodation for those who like to travel with their animal friends. Free parking available. Free Wi Fi.
Casa I Pini has spacious and comfortable interiors. The main building, the Leopoldina, has two entrances on the ground floor. The first access takes you directly to the spacious kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking and complete with dining table; the kitchens location is very convenient in order to reach the gazebo and the outdoor barbecue. On the left side of the kitchen there is a small living room with sofa, satellite TV and DVD; on the right side instead you will access a second living room with sofas and fireplace. Always on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room leads, through an internal staircase, to the sleeping area located on the first floor. There is a very spacious triple room, furnished with a double and a single bed. Furthermore you have a second double room and bathroom with shower at your disposal. The last room is always a double room with private bathroom with shower.

In front of the villa lies the charming and comfortable annex. It develops on the ground floor only and consists of a kitchen complete with dining table, fireplace and seating area and a master bedroom with bathroom with shower.
