THE ZONE
The district in question, enriched in the last decade by the construction of the new Polo di San Donato, with its verdant park adjacent to the new University of Florence and the shopping centre, is well served by public transport (including the new T2 SAN DONATO- UNIVERSITA' stop), as well as by shops and supermarkets, pharmacies, cinemas and gyms, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

THE HOUSE
The flat, well divided and bright, is offered fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including: air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, iron, electric oven and microwave oven, two comfortable bathrooms with shower cubicle, independent heating supported by the newly installed boiler, smart TV and wi-fi network included in the monthly fee.
