Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:

–  Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions in the property.

Appartamento ottimamente arredato, con due camere da letto matrimoniali, vista aperta sulla città, in strada tranquillissima. A pochi minuti a piedi o in bus dalla Stazione del Treno e dal Centro Storico, e dall'Acquario di Genova.



Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni punti che chiediamo gentilmente agli ospiti di osservare prima del loro arrivo e durante il loro soggiorno:. 

- È severamente vietato fumare, non si possono fare feste, non si possono portare animali.
