Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, just a few steps from the beach. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 living room with 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with television and lift. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay.  You will also have the possibility to use a private beach cabin, deck chairs and sun umbrella for free during summer season. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

L'alloggio si trova all'interno di Villa Bice, una storica struttura all'inizio della collina di Alassio, che in passato ha ospitato le scuole. In posizione dominante rispetto alla città, l'appartamento gode di una fantastica vista del mare e di tutta Alassio. L'alloggio ha due camere da letto, due bagni, un ampio soppalco con un salottino, una scrivania per lavorare in smart-working ed un divano letto, e una meravigliosa zona giorno, con salotto, zona pranzo e cucina completamente attrezzata. Grazie alle ampie vetrate a tutta altezza l'alloggio è luminosissimo e gode di una fantastica vista, sia dalle finestre che dallo splendido terrazzo dove poter mangiare o prendere un aperitivo guardando il mare di Alassio. Arredato con gusto e mobili di qualità, permette di passare delle vacanze meravigliose e rilassanti nella rinomata Alassio. Inoltre è dotato anche di un posto auto a pochi passi dall'ingresso del condominio.

The accommodation is located inside Villa Bice, a historic building at the beginning of the Alassio hill, which in the past hosted schools. In a dominant position with respect to the city, the apartment enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and all of Alassio.
