RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

IL RIFUGIO DEL SOLE è l’appartamento che ti ospiterà. Si trova nel cuore della città di Livorno ed è accogliente e luminoso. L'appartamento è situato in un complesso condominiale di recente costruzione privo di barriere architettoniche, dotato di ascensore. La posizione strategica ti consentirà di poterti spostare comodamente anche senza auto.
L'appartamento è composto da una ampio soggiorno /notte, un angolo cottura dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici come ad esempio frigorifero con congelatore, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, piatti e stoviglie completa l'alloggio un  bagno con la doccia ed un’ampia finestra;

UBICAZIONE
Il Rifugio del Sole si trova nel centro storico di Livorno e si affaccia su piazza XX Settembre. A piedi potete raggiungere alimentari, servizi essenziali, molteplici ristoranti e pizzerie e i maggiori centri di interesse storico e culturale della città, dal museo Fattori alla casa di Amedeo Modigliani, al Cisternone di città, alla Terrazza Mascagni da cui parte una delle passeggiate lungo mare più grandi d'Europa.
