Inoltre, la zona è ben servita da diverse linee di autobus, tra cui il 65, 84, 91, 93 e 95, che facilitano gli spostamenti verso altre aree della città.Il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti, bar e negozi, permettendo di immergersi nella vita locale milanese. Inoltre, la presenza di supermercati e servizi essenziali nelle immediate vicinanze rende il soggiorno ancora più comodo.

PAGAMENTI:

Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

L’appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato in stile moderno e funzionale, é condizionato e composto da ingresso con ampio armadio-ripostiglio, un grande soggiorno con divano letto ed angolo studio, cucina separata e completamente attrezza, spaziosa camera matrimoniale con armadio, bagno con ampio box doccia e lavatrice. A pochi passi si trovano le fermate dei tram 16 e 9, il bus 92, dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana M3 Lodi e da Porta Romana che portano in Duomo in poche fermate e in 20 minuti in Stazione Centrale. Posizione ottima per raggiungere l’Università Bocconi, l’Istituto Marangoni e l’Istituto Europeo del Design IED. L’aeroporto di Milano Linate è 15 minuti di macchina ed è comodo anche l’accesso all’autostrada del Sole A1. Classe Energetica: in fase di assegnazione.
È richiesto un deposito cauzionale pari a 2 affitti per soggiorni superiori a 6 mesi. Le utenze (gas, luce, elettricità) sono incluse fino ad un massimo di 60€ al mese. Eventuali eccedenze verranno fatturate a parte. Il visto turistico non è un documento valido per sottoscrivere il contratto. Per la sottoscrizione sono richiesti codice fiscale e un passaporto valido. Se chi sottoscrive il contratto è un’azienda, verrà richiesto il 30% in più di affitto a causa di tasse e oneri aggiuntivi. Il contratto di affitto può essere redatto per un massimo di 18 mesi, ma può essere esteso o rinnovato a scadenza. In caso di rescissione anticipata è richiesto un supplemento di 100€ e un preavviso di 30 o 60 giorni, a seconda della durata del contratto. Le pulizie finali sono incluse nel prezzo, previa verifica delle condizioni generali dell’appartamento. Servizio di pulizie opzionale disponibile a pagamento al costo di 20€ all’ora. Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€..
