Salomone 51 - MS 3 NTS is an Apartment comfortable and cosy, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in Milano  on the first floor with Lift, Private Car Park and consists of 1 room . Salomone 51 - MS 3 NTS enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 4 people.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

A pochi metri di distanza si trova la fermata della metropolitana che collega la struttura direttamente al Duomo di Milano e alla Stazione Centrale in pochi minuti. La cucina è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piastre a induzione, microonde e forno. La zona notte è composta da 2 camere da letto con 2 letti singoli e 1 letto matrimoniale. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di wifi, televisione, lavatrice e ascensore. Sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e ospitale, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. Abbiatene cura, siete i benvenuti!

CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO:
Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas fino ad un massimale. In caso di eccedenza, gli extra verranno dedotti dal deposito cauzionale. I dettagli verranno specificati sul contratto di affitto; i costi delle spese condominiali, Wi-Fi, acqua e spese di contratto sono inclusi nel casone mensile;


Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano: per le prenotazioni con check-in tra il 04 marzo e il 15 aprile 2025 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 3 al 13 aprile 2025 incluse.Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;
PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Bright and spacious three-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, full of restaurants and shops. The apartment is located near the underground stop of the yellow line that allows you to reach Duomo and Central Station in a few minutes. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and lift. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and cosy space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
