La zona notte è composta da 5 camere da letto di cui 3 doppie (letti singoli non unibili) e 2 singole, e può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Bligny 26 dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Bligny 26 is an Apartment pretty and with a Basic style, perfect for business and leisure stays.The Apartment is located in Milano on the 4th floor with Lift and consists of 6 rooms . Bligny 26 enjoys a strategic location . The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles (single beds cannot be joined together) and 2 singles, and can accommodate up to 8 people.Bligny 26 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.

It is conveniently located on the sixth floor in Via Beatrice d’Este 30, within walking distance to Bocconi University, IED Pompeo Leoni, and Navigli. We invested in a full renovation and restyling of the flat. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, shared dining area, wifi, and AIR CONDITIONING.

Viale Beatrice D’Este è un ampio e luminoso quadrilocale situato in un prestigioso palazzo in zona Milano Bocconi, una zona molto signorile, a due passi dall’Università Bocconi e da Porta Romana.
