Kallax Studio Mare è una casa accogliente e particolare nel cuore di Polignano a Mare. Completamente ristrutturata e curata nei dettagli, unisce finiture eleganti e tocchi rustici. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca relax e un po’ di ispirazione: a disposizione ci sono un pianoforte e una collezione di vinili. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone (2 posti letto e un divano letto) e dispone di due terrazze, una con vista mare, oltre a un balcone e suggestive volte in pietra originali.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con cura e tutto all’interno è nuovo. C’è un pianoforte elettrico a 88 tasti pesati, un giradischi con impianto e una collezione di vinili che cresce di mese in mese. Gli spazi sono piccoli, carini e funzionali, pensati per offrire comfort senza perdere il calore dell’ambiente. Il vero tocco speciale sono le antiche volte in pietra, che conservano l’anima autentica della casa, e in alcuni punti le altezze un po’ più basse la rendono ancora più intima e accogliente.

Al primo piano troverai la cucina con la lavatrice e un piccolo bagno di servizio, al secondo piano invece la camera da letto con il bagno principale e la doccia. Dalla camera da letto si accede anche al terrazzo, con tavolino, sedie, ombrellone orientabile. Salendo ancora un po’, ti aspetta il terrazzo panoramico, con lettini, il posto perfetto per goderti la splendida vista sul mare.

Le Camerette è un appartamento confortevole e accogliente, perfetto per ogni tipo di viaggiatore.Si trova a Monopoli, in provincia di Bari, in Via Gioberti 11, al primo piano di un edificio in posizione strategica, con affaccio sulla città.
La zona notte è composta da una camera matrimoniale e può ospitare fino a due persone.La cucina è attrezzata con piatti, stoviglie, macchina del caffè e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno pratico e rilassante.
L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, riscaldamento e connessione Wi-Fi veloce. L’ambiente è non fumatori.
La posizione è comoda per muoversi a piedi: il centro storico si raggiunge in 10 minuti, la spiaggia di Cala Porta Vecchia in circa 12 minuti e la stazione ferroviaria in 7 minuti. A breve distanza si trovano anche il Castello Carlo V, il Porto Antico e la Cattedrale di Monopoli.
È possibile parcheggiare su strada nelle vicinanze, gratuitamente dove presenti le strisce bianche oppure a pagamento (1–2 euro l’ora) nelle aree con strisce blu. Un parcheggio privato può essere disponibile su richiesta.

Residenza Lamandia è una villa privata situata in Contrada Lamandia, a soli 150 metri dal mare cristallino di Capitolo, rinomata località balneare di Monopoli.
La villa si sviluppa su due livelli e offre tre spazi esterni esclusivi: l’ingresso privato, un giardino con lettini prendisole e doccia esterna, e una terrazza panoramica al primo piano con vista sul mare.
L’accesso avviene tramite cancelletto privato con chiave, che conduce a un salottino all’aperto immerso nella macchia mediterranea, ideale per rilassarsi sin dal primo momento.
All’interno, la zona living open space accoglie gli ospiti con un comodo divano, una Smart TV da 40'' e una cucina moderna con penisola, completamente attrezzata. Offre ampi spazi, comfort moderni e una posizione strategica per vivere al meglio la città. E' situato al secondo piano di un edificio accessibile tramite scale. Non dispone di ascensore.
L’appartamento può ospitare fino a 2 persone ed è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio e un bagno completo di lavabo, WC, bidet e doccia, per garantire la massima comodità agli ospiti.
 
La zona sala da pranzo e cucina è ampia e luminosa, arredata in stile moderno e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Perfetto per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici, può ospitare fino a 4 persone grazie a due comode camere matrimoniali e a un bagno completo di doccia, lavabo, WC e bidet.
La zona giorno, luminosa e spaziosa, è dotata di cucina attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. A disposizione anche una macchina da caffè Nespresso, per iniziare la giornata con gusto.
Comfort assicurato in ogni stagione grazie al sistema centralizzato di riscaldamento e raffrescamento e alla connessione Wi-Fi in fibra ultraveloce.
La posizione è ideale per vivere Monopoli a piedi: la spiaggia di Porta Vecchia è a pochi metri, e in pochi minuti raggiungi tutte le altre calette del centro, oltre a ristoranti, bar e botteghe tipiche.
La struttura si trova in zona ZTL (zona a traffico limitato): non è possibile accedere in auto né parcheggiare direttamente davanti all’appartamento.
Parcheggio disponibile su strada: gratuito sulle strisce bianche, a pagamento (1–2 €/h) sulle strisce blu. In alternativa, garage privato coperto e custodito al costo di 30 euro al giorno.

If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
