Domus Messalina è la più discreta delle Domus. Una cornice in rosso pompeiano inquadra il salone-ingresso. È stato completamente progettato e realizzato da MLM, interior designer che coniuga modernamente uno stile lineare creato da moderni mobili di design con dettagli di antiquariato e bronzi romani. 
Due comode camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale queen size, l’altra con due comodi letti gemelli che, all’occorrenza, possono essere uniti per formare un letto matrimoniale king size. Una piccola, ma ben fornita cucina comunica con il soggiorno, dove gli ospiti possono cenare, guardare la televisione o dormire sul comodo divano-letto king-size. Un bagno moderno, con comoda, grande doccia e due lavandini completa l’appartamento. Il perfetto soggiorno degli ospiti è assicurato dall’impianto di riscaldamento autonomo e dai condizionatori Daikin alto di gamma.

La villa venne costruita nei primi anni ’50 in stile razionalista, tipica architettura degli anni ’30 e ’40, basata sul modulo del quadrato. Si tratta dell’immobile più vecchio della zona, ma completamente rinnovato pochi anni fa. Comodo parcheggio all’interno della proprietà.
Domus Priscilla è situata pressoché a pianterreno, a soli tre gradini sotto il giardino. I proprietari vivono al piano superiore, i piani inferiori sono divisi in tre appartamenti.
Il giardino che circonda la villa è un luogo magico: è stato disegnato da un famoso architetto paesaggista, Giordano Marraccini, autore delle scene in esterni del film, premio Oscar, “La Grande Bellezza”. E’ diviso in quattro diverse aree: il comodo e sicuro parcheggio, lo spazio comune intorno al grande tavolo, ideale per i pranzi e le cene degli ospiti, l’angolo giapponese con le placide carpe Koi che nuotano nello stagno, sullo sfondo di una parete di bambù, il silenzioso prato dove rilassarsi su una sdraio, cullati dalle brezze marine.
L’Appia Antica è considerata una delle migliori situazioni abitative in Roma.
Per durate inferiori ai 12 mesi, importo mensile da concordare. Gas e luce verranno addebitate in base all'effettivo consumo.

Messalina is the most discreet of the three Domus. A Pompeian red frame strikes the sight of incoming guests. It has been renewed and furnished by MLM, an interior designer who has chosen a cool style based on modern furniture, with old details and Roman bronzes.  
Two large bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, the other one with twin beds that can be joined to have a king-size bed. An equipped kitchen faces the living room, where guests can eat, watch television or sleep on the comfortable king-size sofa bed. A modern bathroom with two sinks and a large shower completes the apartment. Individual heating system and Daikin A/C will ensure a perfect stay to the guests.

The Villa was built in the early ’50s in the Rationalist style; it was the architectural style of the late ‘30s and ‘40s, based on the square shape.  It is the oldest building of the area, but just completely renewed few years ago. Safe car parking into the premises.
Domus Messalina is located almost on the ground level, just three steps down from the garden. The owners live upstairs, the lower floors are divided into 3 separate apartments.

The garden surrounding the house is a magic place: it was drawn by a famous Italian landscape architect, Giordano Marracini, who realised the outdoor scenes for the Oscar winning movie “La Grande Bellezza”. It consists of four different areas: the safe parking, the common space with a nice table for lunches and dinners of guests, the Japanese corner with beautiful big Koi carps swimming and a bamboo scenery flat, the silent lawn where you can relax on beach chairs, cradled by the breeze.
A location on the Appian Way is considered among the coolest in Rome, nowadays.

Cost to be agreed for rentals shorter than 12 months. Energy and gas to be paid according to effective consumption.

Domus Priscilla è l’appartamento perfetto per una famiglia, con una gradevole vista del giardino del giardino romano dalle finestre. E’ stato completamente progettato e realizzato da MLM, interior designer che coniuga modernamente uno stile lineare creato da moderni mobili di design con dettagli di antiquariato e bronzi romani. E’ stato il set di alcuni servizi fotografici!
Domus Priscilla ha quattro camere da letto:
•	la camera master, fornita di letto king-size e comodo bagno privato
•	la camera “Michelangelo”, con un letto queen-size e un letto singolo (condivide con la “Geisha” un bagno con doppi lavandini)
•	la camera “Geisha” con letti doppi
•	la camera dell’assistente con il suo proprio bagno
Un comodo divano letto king-size nel salone è un’ottima soluzione per gli ospiti: la cucina, molto grande, completa di tutto il necessario completa l’appartamento. Appio-Pignatelli is the 26th district of Rome, indicated by Q.XXVI and takes its name from the Via Appia-Pignatelli that crosses it diagonally, a connecting artery between the Appia Nuova and the Appia Antica. It is home to numerous archaeological sites, all located in the Appia Antica area.
