Sono presenti una camera da letto, un salotto molto spazioso con divanoletto ad L estraibile, un bagno e una cucina fornita di lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, frigorifero con piccolo freezer e congelatore grande a parte, piastre ad induzione e un forno elettrico. Elettrodomestici nuovi: friggitrice ad aria, robot multiuso e bollitore d'acqua compreso di tutti gli utensili e stoviglie. E' stato ristrutturato in modo che tutti gli spazi siano sfruttati al massimo e con il massimo della comodità con uno stile armonico e accogliente. 
L'appartamento è situato a 500mt dalla Basilica di S.Paolo ed è molto ben collegato avendo metro S.paolo a 300mt a piedi e fermate di autobus tutte nel raggio di 200mt. Nella via sono presenti il mercato del quartiere, farmacia e supermercato. Completo dunque di ogni genere di necessità primaria.
