RENTAL CONDITION:

Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Il loft può ospitare comodamente 4 persone ed è dotato di connessione wifi, aria condizionata/riscaldamento. Questo moderno appartamento perfettamente arredato è perfettamente situato nell'incantevole quartiere di Trastevere, più precisamente nella zona tranquilla tra Santa Cecilia e il fiume. Trastevere Charme si trova in una zona a traffico limitato. Servizio di portineria dalle 9:30 alle 18:30 e personale in loco disponibile 24 ore su 24 per le emergenze.
