Noseda 5 gode di una posizione strategica con vista città . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di wifi, lavatrice e riscaldamento.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno e da 2 camere da letto con 1 matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo e arricchito da zona pranzo all'aperto.

Noseda 5 is an Apartment finely furnished and pretty, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in San Fermo della Battaglia in the province of Como  and consists of 3 rooms . Noseda 5 enjoys a strategic location with a city view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, can accommodate up to 6 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace and enriched by outdoor dining area.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

Ampio open space, confortevole e luminoso, recentemente ristrutturato, situato nella parte più antica e caratteristica del paese,  a 50 mt. dal lago, vicino al pontile del battello con il quale si possono comodamente raggiungere i paesi più belli del lago di Como. La angolo cottura è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piastre a induzione e microonde. La zona notte è composta da 1 camera con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di wifi e televisione. Sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova  al secondo piano senza ascensore, in zona ZTL senza possibilità di effettuare carico/scarico con la macchina  Rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole. Abbiatene cura, siete i benvenuti! E' obbligatorio essere in possesso di una carta di credito da lasciare a garanzia contro eventuali danni. Non si accettano carte prepagate e bancomat.

Large open space  comfortable and bright, recently renovated, located in the oldest and most characteristic part of the town, 50 meters away. from the lake, near the pier of the boat with which you can easily reach the most beautiful villages of Lake Como. La Mansarda is characterized by exposed wooden ceilings and a spacious terrace overlooking the park where you can spend pleasant evenings walking in the open air.The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds (which can eventually become a double) and the third with a single bed; thus proving ideal for families with children or a group of friends. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, hidden art objects in the bedroom and wooden ceiling will make you fall in love with this special property. Shades of Como also boasts a very spacious balcony where you can spend your holidays after a day spent exploring the city.The air conditioning is only in the bedroom!The building is located in one of the most picturesque square in Como city center: Piazza Volta. You will find various wine or cocktail bars and restaurants just downstairs since you will stay in the heart of the city. But do not worry: you would not be disturbed with the street noise as all windows overlooks the internal yard and it’s super quiet.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
