Recently renovated spacious flat with a large balcony. You will rent a 13 m2 room and a full private bathroom with a shower, and get access to a fully equipped kitchen and a connecting closed veranda with a dining set-up, and to the balcony with comfortable seating which opens out of your room's French windows. Supermarkets within walking distance, as is the daily fresh market of Mina. Train connection until two am to downtown Lisbon is a 7-minute walk away and will leave you at Entrecampos in 10 minutes and in the historic center in 20.

We are an international gay couple with a calm dog. We've designed the house with the room rent in mind: separate bathrooms, no shared walls, separate balcony access, etc and have been sharing with great guests for the last two years. We travel quite a bit and spend time in our country house. We'd be delighted to hear from you and see if we are a good match.

To get to the center of Lisbon, you can take the train from Oeiras Station, which will take you to Cais do Sodré in around 20 minutes. There is also the option of driving along the A5 highway, which quickly connects Oeiras to Lisbon, with a journey of around 15-20 minutes.

The Hotel comprises a common lounge and breakfast room, 24-hour reception every day and a small interior courtyard. The route starts in the Estefânia area, near the Sintra Museum of Modern Art, goes through Colares and ends by the sea, at Praia das Maçãs (Apple Beach). Azenhas do Mar beach is a 20-minute walk or 4 minutes by car. Take the opportunity to visit the town of Sintra, 20 minutes away by car, you will find Monserrate Park and Palace, Moorish Castle, Sintra National Palace, Pena National Park and Palace, Chalet and Garden of the Countess d'Edla, Vila Sassetti.

The property is located in Praia das Maçās, has an extensive sandy beach, providing the practice of beach sports, which is very popular with fans os water sports such as bodyboarding and surfing. Around the sandy beach, with about 250 meters, there are several shops, from restaurants to cafés and bars, as well as local handicraft shops.
Lisbon Airport is 1 hour's drive away.

It shares a kitchen on the first floor where  there’s an individual locker and storage. It’s a very spacious and bright room with a fantastic view.
