Apartamento Deluxe de dos habitaciones

El precio de la habitación incluye todos los gastos y servicios descritos más adelante en este texto. La estancia mínima de alquiler aceptada es de 32 noches. Bajo ninguna circunstancia aceptamos estancias turísticas. Solo aceptamos estancias de medio-largo plazo para estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales que necesitan una habitación para uso de vivienda. La duración de nuestros contratos va desde 32 días hasta 6 meses y puedes hacer tantas extensiones de contrato como desees por períodos sucesivos de un máximo de 6 meses cada extensión. La duración máxima inicial de contrato es de 6 meses más una extensión automática, es decir; de un año.

El inquilino deberá desembolsar una fianza de 1000€ que le será devuelta al finalizar su contrato, descontando 400€ en concepto de service fee no retornable (tasas de servicio y gastos administrativos) que se describen más adelante.  

El pago de la fianza y el service fee se realiza directamente con el gestor de la propiedad a más tardar dentro de las 48 horas inmediatamente posteriores a la confirmación de la reserva y, en todos los casos, debe abonarse antes de la entrega de llaves y el Check-in efectivo.

We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging from 32 days to 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension. Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. This 70 square meter apartment combines dark tones with different textures to create a unique decoration. The open plan living room is cozy with its lounge sofa and different poufs scattered on the floor.

There are exotic plants scattered throughout the space. There is a round dining table that serves as a space to work from home. The kitchen is decorated with black vinyl and fully equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and utensils.

The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed and leads to a small terrace to enjoy some fresh air. The second bedroom comes with ample closet and storage space, as well as a pull-out bed. The bathroom is new and comes with a full shower and new towels. The advantage of this elegant apartment is the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling window.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Una vez pagada su reserva recibirá un único email de bienvenida de su casero con toda la información e instrucciones que necesita y donde le solicitará la documentación personal y datos bancarios para realizar el contrato de alquiler. MUY IMPORTANTE QUE INDIQUE CORRECTAMENTE SU NÚMERO DE TELÉFONO Y EMAIL PARA EVITAR QUE NO PUEDAN CONTACTAR Y CORRER EL RIESGO DE PERDER LA RESERVA.
Si el propietario no recibe toda la documentación necesaria previamente solicitada por email y el pago de la cantidad total antes del check in, tendrá que pagar 181,50€ adicionales por un contrato de última hora.
Días antes de la mudanza se pondrán en contacto con usted para concretar el horario del check in. 

NO DEBE APARECER EN EL CONTROL DE MOROSIDAD EL INQUILINO POR QUE SINO CORRE RIESGO LA RESERVA 

ATENCIÓN: Si la reserva se realiza EL MISMO DÍA, el registro de entrada deberá efectuarse al menos 48 HORAS DESPUÉS. No podemos hacer entradas el mismo día.
Los contratos son quincenales, abonando así la quincena completa del mes según el día de reserva. Si el Check in se hace del día 20 del mes en adelante, tendrá que abonarse también el mes siguiente para evitar dos pagos seguidos.
