Esta habitación en alquiler en un piso compartido, está muy bien localizado y tiene un toque tradicional. La habitación es sencilla y está decorada con muebles tradicionales y un armario muy amplio. También cuenta con una cocina espaciosa la cual consiste en una cocina de gas, microondas y todos los utensilios necesarios. En general tiene un área social muy espaciosa. Esta zona consiste en un salón con un sofá muy cómodo, TV y un comedor. Adicionalmente cuenta con un baño con iluminación tenue, luces en el espejo, una bañera espaciosa y espacio de almacenamiento.

Por otro lado, cuenta con un balcón el cual es perfecto para pasar tiempo solo o acompañado de la propietaria, una encantadadora mujer mayor. El apartamento está en un área muy central pero las líneas de metro 2 y 3 le dan una gran ventaja de accesibilidad a toda la ciudad.

This room for rent in a shared flat is very well located and has a traditional feel to it. The room is simple and decorated with traditional furniture and a large wardrobe. It also has a spacious kitchen which consists of a gas cooker, microwave and all the necessary utensils. Overall it has a very spacious social area. This area consists of a living room with a very comfortable sofa, TV and a dining room. Additionally it has a bathroom with dim lighting, mirror lights, a spacious bathtub and storage space.

On the other hand, it has a balcony which is perfect for spending time alone or with the owner, a charming older woman. The flat is in a very central area but the metro lines 2 and 3 give it a great advantage of accessibility to the whole city.

Who you will live with:

Bedroom 1: Owner + 50 years old.
Bedroom 2: the one you are going to rent.


NORMAS // RULES
Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí:

1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva.

2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente.

3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad.


4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza.

5- HAY QUE PAGAR UNA TASA ADMINISTRATIVA ANTES DE RECIBIR LAS LLAVES.


6-  Al realizar el check out, sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en la mesa del comedor del interior, sacar la basura, dejar el apartamento ordenado, CERRAR bien las ventanas y cerrar la puerta al salir.

Para llegadas después de las 23:00, consulte las tarifas son diferentes.

IMPORTANTE:
Es posible rentar como mínimo  32 noches por ley de arrendamiento de Barcelona para contratos mensuales.

Debes llamar 30 minutos antes de tu llegada para que alguien te esté esperando. Si no llama, no podremos llegar a tiempo. (hidden)

 A partir de las 22:00 horas. a las 8:00 am. usted debe estar tranquilo. No se permiten fiestas. No se permite fumar. Si la policía llega al apartamento o los vecinos llaman al gobierno/policía, será desalojado del apartamento y/o tendrá que pagar una multa.

Instructions and house rules here:

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.


4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

5-  THERE IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE TO BE PAID BEFORE GETTING THE KEYS

6- When checking out, you just have to leave the keys on the dining table inside, take out the trash, leave the apartment tidy, CLOSE the windows tightly and close the door when you leave.

1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
