This beautiful apartment is on a 1st floor with lots of light, both in the living room and in the room. The fully equipped living-dining room-kitchen achieve a large open space, with a window to the street and plenty of sun. The room has a wide sliding door with motorized shutter that leads out to a small interior patio where the washing machine is installed and a complete bathroom achieve a cozy space.
