We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Introducing Banchina, a stylish 74-square-meter residence nestled in the vibrant Sant Gervasi - Galvany neighborhood. Though mainly residential, this neighborhood is adorned with parks, restaurants, and easy access to the center city. Enjoy staying in Banchina for a serene getaway from within the Catalan capital.

This thoughtfully designed apartment comprises a tranquil bedroom with a queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights. The bathroom, adorned with contemporary fixtures, adds a touch of elegance to your daily routine. The office space, complete with a dedicated workstation, provides a serene environment for work or creative pursuits.

The open plan living room and kitchen create a seamless and inviting space. Immerse yourself in the charm of coastal living with a beach design theme, featuring soothing sea blue hues and tasteful Mediterranean pottery pieces. The living room, equipped with an entertainment system, extends its charm to a terrace that beckons with outdoor dining and lounging areas. The fully furnished kitchen, adorned with a dining table, becomes the heart of culinary adventures. 

The apartment's split air conditioning ensures a comfortable ambiance in every room, and thoughtful touches of the beach design theme carry the coastal vibe throughout the space. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. 

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

Piso totalmente reformado, la habitación está amueblada, es muy amplia y con cama de 1,35 o de 0,90, orientadas a trabajadores y estudiantes. Todos los gastos incluido (agua, luz, gas e internet). - Cocina equipada con horno, microondas y lavavajillas. -Se acepta contrato temporal, indefinido, en prácticas. Estancia mínima 6 meses. No se aceptan mascotas ni menores de edad.
