Habitación de aprox. 15 - 18m2 con cama de 105 cm y cocina incluida, así como nuestro equipamiento estándar: armario y escritorio con silla de estudio, aire acondicionado frío/calor y acceso a Internet Wifi + cable.

- Las toallas, sábanas y papel higiénico se proporcionan durante la limpieza semanal. En todas las habitaciones hay microondas, frigorífico y fregadero.
- Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado y todas, excepto la "individual sin cocina", disponen de cocina en la habitación. En el caso del tipo "aparta2", tanto la cocina como el baño son compartidos, pero cada estudiante dispone de su propio espacio privado.
- Criterios de admisión: sólo estudiantes o personas relacionadas con el ámbito académico.
- NO se admiten animales de compañía, invitados durante el día entre las horas de visita y no pueden pernoctar. No se admiten personas no vinculadas al ámbito académico.
- Condiciones de reserva, pago:
Si la reserva se realiza antes del 31 de mayo: tendrán que realizar el primer pago de la primera parte de la fianza de 300 euros para reservar su plaza, esta cantidad pasará posteriormente a formar parte del depósito. El 1 de junio, tendrán que abonar la 2ª parte del depósito de 700 euros.
Si la reserva se realiza después del 1 de junio: deberá abonar los importes juntos, es decir, 1000 euros de fianza.

En cuanto a las instalaciones de la habitación: todas están equipadas de la misma manera - microondas, nevera, fregadero, armario, espacio de almacenamiento debajo de la cama, escritorio con lámpara. Luego los tipos que incluyen cocina tienen todo lo ya mencionado + 1 vitrocerámica y 1 campana extractora. Todos tienen baño privado, sólo en el "apart 2" el baño es compartido con el compañero de piso. Hay WiFi en todo el edificio y posibilidad de conectarse con cable ethernet en las habitaciones.
