Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more.  We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Aranda is a 140 square meter apartment in Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood. The 2 bedroom 2 bath home finds a balance between modern sleek design with antique furniture pieces and old school ceiling mouldings. Upon stepping into the space, find an open plan space with a chic kitchen island which doubles as a bar area. The fridges are disguised as closets with wood finishings and a stylish grid wine rack on the opposite wall.

The living area has a large dining table closer to the kitchen and a lounge area with TV at the other end. Next to the kitchen, a storage area with two closets is partitioned by glass dividers. A custom made work space with desk has a small alcove fitted with sofa chair and bookshelf.

The first bedroom is simple but elegant with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large full length mirror and shower. The second bedroom comes with a single bed and ample storage space. The second bathroom also comes with shower. All bed and bath linens provided.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

This apartment is located in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid, walkable from Retiro Park. Take a stroll down the glamorous boulevards of this neighborhood and check out the Spanish coffee shops and highly rated restaurants. 

Logo comes with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated work space. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

This upscale neighborhood has plenty of boutiques and restaurants to explore, so be sure to have a place to call home. Spanning 70 square meters, Giugliano offers a delightful space that combines modern design with the soothing ambiance of a beach theme.

As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home in the open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living room boasts a cozy sitting area where you can relax and unwind, as well as an entertainment system for your enjoyment. The French balcony adds a touch of elegance and allows natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For added convenience, there is also a sofa bed in the living room, providing extra sleeping space for additional guests.

la casa cuenta con otras 6 habitaciones, todas ellas ocupadas por gente joven y respetuosa, en su mayoría trabajadores. además, cuenta con un salón con tv, una cocina con 2 neveras y office y 2 baños completos.

los servicios de electricidad, agua y wifi internet están incluidos en el precio.
la limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes son 20€ al mes. la calefacción son 40€ al mes en invierno (noviembre a marzo ambos incluidos). limpieza final 29€

es un barrio muy tranquilo y residencial, hay un montón de comercios y restaurantes cerca. la parada de metro de diego de león está justo frente al portal, en esta misma calle también hay varias paradas de autobuses.
