You will also appreciate a utility room, as it’s super convenient to leave your luggage or use as a cloak room. There are also a cot bed and high chair for our small guests which are free of charge.Kitchen is tiny, but equipped with all necessary to cook and feel at home.Lot’s of small details, décor, textiles and artworks distinguish Casa Doris Family place from other vacation rentals.  From all windows, one can see across from the headland of Bellagio to the north pre-Alps. RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Una breve passeggiata di 5 minuti ti porta ad Argegno tra ristoranti, negozi, bar e una gelateria artigianale in Piazza.Questa villa di 4 piani è stata completamente rinnovata e modernizzata, con un design d’interni così favoloso e con una vista incredibile dalle finestre panoramiche. Rimarrai incantato dal paesaggio mentre sorseggerai un bicchiere di vino nella jacuzzi (in funzione da aprile a settembre), accompagnato dalla tua musica preferita. Nel caso in cui le temperature, durante il giorno, dovessero alzarsi puoi ritirarti in una delle camere da letto climatizzate per rinfrescarti.La terrazza di Villa Castello abbraccia il giardino, lo spazio lounge e la straordinaria area relax. Qui ti puoi riposare nella vasca idromassaggio con vista sul lago, sdraiarti sui lettini o fare una deliziosa colazione, il tutto ammirando le montagne e le tranquille acque del Lago di Como.La cucina è nuova e dotata delle più moderne attrezzature, così da poter preparare comodamente tutti i tuoi pasti. La villa dispone di 4 camere da letto e può ospitare fino a 7 persone. L’interno della villa è arredato in stile classico italiano con elementi di design moderno.Dista 1 km dal centro cittadino dove si trovano bar, ristoranti e supermercati.
