Piazza Campidoglio 5 gode di una posizione strategica con una stupenda vista lago. La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di wi-fi. La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: microonde, frigorifero/freezer e bollitore. La zona notte è composta da una camera matrimoniale e può ospitare fino a 2 persone. Piazza Campidoglio 5 dispone anche di: televisione, ventilatore e calorifero elettrico in camera da letto, sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Piazza Campidoglio 5 is a bright and finely furnished apartment, perfect for business and leisure stays. The apartment is located in Lenno/Tremezzina in the province of Como on the second floor. Piazza Campidoglio 5 enjoys a strategic position with a wonderful lake view. The house is reserved for non-smokers, and is equipped with wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, crockery and the main appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and it can accommodate up to 2 people. Piazza Campidoglio 5 also has: television, fan and electric heater in the bedroom, there are also hairdryer, towels and night linen for the entire duration of the stay. Public car parks are a few meters away and the area is well supplied with public services, a few steps away you can enjoy a small public beach. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought of to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome! Small pets are allowed.It is mandatory to be in possession of a credit card to be left as a guarantee against any damage. Prepaid and debit cards are not accepted.

Rimarrai incantato dal paesaggio mentre sorseggerai un bicchiere di vino nella jacuzzi (in funzione da aprile a settembre), accompagnato dalla tua musica preferita. Nel caso in cui le temperature, durante il giorno, dovessero alzarsi puoi ritirarti in una delle camere da letto climatizzate per rinfrescarti.La terrazza di Villa Castello abbraccia il giardino, lo spazio lounge e la straordinaria area relax. Qui ti puoi riposare nella vasca idromassaggio con vista sul lago, sdraiarti sui lettini o fare una deliziosa colazione, il tutto ammirando le montagne e le tranquille acque del Lago di Como.La cucina è nuova e dotata delle più moderne attrezzature, così da poter preparare comodamente tutti i tuoi pasti.
