We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate. Lost keys: If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type. Building renovations: Please be aware that nearby renovations may cause occasional daytime noise. Internet Usage: Internet access must not be used for illegal activities or to access prohibited websites under French and European law. We are not responsible for internet malfunctions caused by telecom providers, and no compensation will be provided for such issues. Photography and Professional Use: Photo shoots, filming, and commercial activities are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for rates and permissions. Age Requirement: The minimum age to reserve is 21 years. If under 21, guests must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement.
