L’area è tra le più apprezzate della città, grazie alla vicinanza all’Arco della Pace, al verde del Parco Sempione e alla Triennale, oltre a numerosi locali, ristoranti e negozi di charme.La camera da letto è spaziosa, arredata con un comodo letto matrimoniale e ampi armadi, ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. Il soggiorno con televisione è accogliente, con un’area ben distribuita che invita al riposo o a momenti di convivialità.La cucina, separata e funzionale, è completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare, con fornelli, frigorifero e utensili a disposizione. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. The bedroom is spacious, furnished with a comfortable double bed and large wardrobes, ideal for a relaxing stay. The living room with television is cozy, with a well-distributed area that invites you to rest or moments of conviviality. The kitchen, separate and functional, is complete with everything you need to cook, with stove, refrigerator and utensils available. The bathroom is modern, equipped with a shower and practical sanitary ware, with refined finishes. Among the main services: internet connection, air conditioning and independent heating for maximum comfort in any season. Well connected to the rest of the city by public transport, the accommodation is a convenient choice for those who want to experience Milan in a strategic position, surrounded by culture, greenery and city life. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
