ROOM: Single room in la Saidia neighborhood, very close to Turia Gardens. . It's a very good option if you are student or young worker and want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It's a totally equiped and furnished bedroom: - Bed 90x190cm - Wardrobe - Desk with lamp and chair - Bedside table - Window - Lock for your privacy APARTMENT: The apartment sizes 125m2 and it has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Common areas are beautiful, with a living room with sofa and TV where you can spend time sharing with your flatmates and a big kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Washing machine - Tableware EXPENSES All expenses are included (electricity, gas, water, internet). We cover electricity and gas bill up to 25€ per person and month in total, and 10€ per person and month of water. It means if there is a month that the bill comes higher than our coverage, the tenant must pay the difference. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment. BED LINEN: For an hygienic reason, we don't provide pillow, duvet and duvet cover. We only provide a set of sheets and a towel. CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME: The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them, and it has a cost of 35€. The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
