From here you’ll be able to quickly get to Universities such as the Complutense of Madrid, Politécnica, Nebrija or Comillas. The apartment has many restaurants and supermarkets close by with. Plus, easy transportation with the many bus stops outside the apartment and metro stops close by, making this the perfect apartment. The closest metro stations are Carpetana (Line 6) and Vista Alegre (Line 5). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments.
