EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Wrapped in golden tones, Tinggi exudes brilliance throughout all 60 square meters. This one bedroom, one bathroom is not to be missed. Shining in design and location, Tinggi resides in the heart of Saldanha. This Lisbon neighborhood serves as a hub for upscale shops and charming cafes. Tinggi greets its guests with a warm entryway lined with storage. To the left is the first hallway. The detached bathroom at the end of the hall offers a luxurious ambiance with its head-to-toe white marble and walk-in, all-glass shower. To the left of the detached bathroom is Tinggi’s bedroom, rich in design and comfort. The elevated ceiling and organic textiles covering the queen-sized bed make the space feel regal. Back towards the entrance, bench seating lines the hallway leading to the living area. The living room boasts stylish furnishings and a full entertainment system. Just behind the lounge is the four-person dining set. Warm lantern lighting complements the Indonesian-inspired feel. The natural light guides guests to Tinggi’s outdoor balcony. Back inside, next to the balcony doors, Tinggi highlights a unique bow window. In the corner of the room sits a dedicated workstation. The open-concept living space is complete with Tinggi’s designer kitchen. Contemporary appliances and cooking utensils make the space both aesthetic and functional. For guests looking to explore beyond the neighborhood, Tinggi offers one on-site parking space. All bedding and linens are provided. *Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
