EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Stepping into an upscale paradise, Tawaz feels supremely aesthetic. This 74 square meter home, in the ground floor boasts lush greens and clever design pieces all while staying true to its Lisbon roots in the Lapa district. Here, guests are invited to indulge in the Portuguese seafood restaurants throughout the area or gaze up at the luminescent architecture. This two-bedroom, one-bath home is sure to impress. From the entrance, the open-concept living and dining area is visible behind the glass grid divider. The theme here is dimensionality with mystic shapes occupying the accent wall of the living area and wooden paneling lining the wall behind the five-person dining space. Behind a modern sliding glass door across the hall is the kitchen of Tawaz. Two tones of wood and slate cover the contemporary cabinetry. The kitchen comes complete with state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. Down the hall to the right is Tawaz’s first bedroom. Under a cloth canopy, draped organically from one side of the room to the next is the double bed. Following the natural light, the interior balcony of the space hosts a dedicated workstation, reading nook, and storage area. The next door leads to the detached bathroom. An all-glass shower and basin sink highlight Tawaz’s modernity. The last door to the left leads to the second bedroom. The front of the space is dedicated to a custom-built wardrobe area. Continuing further into the space, the attention is drawn to the backlight arch headboard behind the double bed. The far wall offers a dedicated workstation. All bedding and linens provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
