We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Located in the prestigious Salamanca neighborhood, the Aston apartment is a stunning 230 square meter attic space that offers living at its finest. This apartment combines dark wood with contemporary designs, perfectly meshing the modern mountain theme with the upscale Salamanca neighborhood vibe. Boasting 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and featuring access to a private terrace, the apartment is ideal for those seeking a spacious and elegant living space. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated workstation, making it perfect for professionals who need a quiet workspace. There is also a second bathroom for added convenience. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a large rustic dining table for family dinners or entertaining guests. The living room features a full entertainment system and leads out to a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book. The terrace is truly the pièce de résistance of the Aston apartment, boasting a large dining area, comfortable sitting area, and luxurious lounging area. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
