We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Welcome to our stunning Bielsa apartment, located in the upscale Amoreiras neighborhood. Take a walk around the streets lined with trendy boutiques and restaurants, all while taking in the stunning views of Lisbon. This spacious 119 square meter mountain theme apartment features all the amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The apartment features two beautiful double bedrooms with queen size beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a dedicated workstation, perfect for those who need to work during their stay. The bathrooms are well-appointed and include all the necessary amenities to make your stay more comfortable. The open plan living room and kitchen is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The neutral color theme and wooden accents combine to bring the serenity of the mountain inside. The living room features a full entertainment system, a dedicated workstation, and a dining table, so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal while watching your favorite TV show or working on your laptop. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a stove, oven, and refrigerator. There is also a parking space available for guests who are traveling with their own vehicle. Other amenities of this apartment include air conditioning, disabled access, and a mountain design theme throughout the apartment that creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
