This primarily residential neighborhood is perfect for experiencing the traditional side of Lisbon that’s largely untouched by tourists. With its spacious layout, comfortable bedrooms, and stylish living spaces, Nistos provides a cozy retreat for your stay in the Portuguese capital. Spanning across 103 square meters, Nistos offers ample space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The apartment features three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms boasts a dedicated workstation, allowing you to catch up on work or stay connected during your stay. Additionally, two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy. There is also one detached bathroom in the apartment, ensuring everyone comfort and space when getting ready in the morning. The living room is designed for both relaxation and socializing. The subtle greens, cozy textiles, and raw elements on display bring a touch of mountain coziness inside. This space features a comfortable sitting area, complete with a full entertainment system, where you can gather with your loved ones and enjoy quality time together. The adjacent dining table provides a perfect spot to savor delicious meals or engage in lively conversations. The fully furnished kitchen is complete with modern appliances and amenities. Whether you prefer to whip up a homemade meal or simply prepare a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your disposal. For your comfort, Nistos is equipped with split air conditioning and heating system, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing ambiance throughout the apartment. You can adjust the settings to create an ideal temperature that suits your preferences. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
