We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Welcome to Cuore, an elegant apartment nestled in Santo António. This apartment is perfectly situated to explore Lisbon’s many attractions, shops, and restaurants. With its beach-inspired design and modern amenities, this 88 square meter gem offers an unforgettable Lisbon experience. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, providing a tranquil retreat. It’s complete with a dedicated workstation, perfect for remote working needs. The ensuite bathroom features modern amenities. The second detached bathroom ensures everyone a place to get ready for their day ahead. What sets Cuore apart is its terrace access directly from the bedroom. The living room is a delightful space, featuring a cozy sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. The coastal furniture and color scheme creates a feeling of seaside tranquility. An entertainment system is at your disposal, and a dining table invites you to enjoy meals together. Step outside from the living room to enjoy the spacious outdoor area equipped with a dining table and lounging area. The fully furnished kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and ample countertop space. For your comfort, split air conditioning is available in all rooms. As an added bonus, Cuore provides access to a shared rooftop pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and enjoy views of the city. Parking is also available for your convenience. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
